Student Project: Culture Bites - Cookbook

Dear Euroculture students and alumni,

We’re working on something special: Culture Bites—The Euroculture Cookbook, a collection of recipes and personal stories from Euroculture students past and present.
It’s a cookbook, but it’s also a reflection of how we’ve carried home with us through every move, semester, and country.

We’re looking for:
🧑‍🍳 A recipe that feels like home (with ingredients, steps, and photos if possible)
📝 A short personal story about what this dish means to you
🌍 An adapted version, if you had to adjust it during your mobility journey (Optional)

💛 If your recipe reminds you of someone—maybe a loved one, a friend, or a person from home—you can tell us about them too. And if you’re comfortable, we’d love for you to share their photo.

✨ In the final cookbook, we’ll highlight your name, your story, and the photos you share if you are comfortable with it. It’s our way of honoring you—and your home. This book is about food, yes, but more than that, it’s about belonging, memory, and the invisible threads that tie us to the people and places we love.

The final cookbook will be shared for free as a downloadable PDF on the Euroculturer website—preserving memories, flavors, and stories across generations of Euroculture students. A copy will also be sent directly to participants’ emails upon its launch.

🗓️ Deadline: May 23rd, 2025
