Euroculture Online Application Tool

Welcome to the Euroculture Online Application Tool (OAT). To apply for the Euroculture programme, you must submit all required documents through this platform. You will need to create an account, which allows you to save your application and return later to make updates.

Important information:

  • EU/EEA passport holders should apply early within the application window for the best chance of getting placed with their most-preferred university.

  • All candidates looking to apply for the Erasmus Mundus scholarship must submit their dossier by 15 January 2027.

  • Students holding a passport from outside the European Union or the European Economic Area should apply at least five months in advance of the programme starting date to ensure sufficient time to acquire a visa and register with their chosen university. With most Euroculture partners, this means 01 May 2027.

  • Students holding a nationality from the European Union or the European Economic Area should apply at least two months in advance of the programme starting date to ensure sufficient time to register with their chosen university. With most Euroculture partners, this means June 2027.
